Lattanzi Cucina Italiana

Our pre-show dinner was fantastic !! Given the overwhelming number of dining options in NYC, Lattanzi has certainly been added to our favorite list. They are excellent in all areas which contribute to an overall great customer dining experience. In fact, we requested a change to a dish, and they accomodated without a moment of hesitation. The service level was perfect, not bothersome, but aware of when we required attention. The waiter was pleasantly conversational, and engaging. Our meal presentation, portion and preparation were all well balanced and satisfying, not overfilling. If you enjoy Italian quisine, Lattanzi is a great choice.

We have eaten at lattanzi many times before shows. It has always been pretty good.. this time was a big disappointment.. bread was stale, breadsticks coated in rancid tasting oil. The salad was fresh and up to standard, but the vegetables on the plate with the entree were overcooked and gray. Drinks were weak. We will not be returning

We're from Delaware and this is our second visit to the city for dinner and a Broadway show. Both visits have included dinner at Lattanzi's. We love the ambiance and how delicious the dinner and drinks are. My wife and I agree that their service and the employees they have is what makes our dinner experiences there SUPERB. We've been eating here for years whenever we're on the West Side. Consistently great food and service. They make a good martini and offer a full bar in addition to the wine lists. No one ever rushes you but, if you tell them you're seeing a play, they'll make sure you can get out on time. I'm particularly partial to the branzino oreganata and my husband often has the filet mignon. Specials like the veal valdostana are also wonderful. Carciofi (baby artichokes) are served the way they are in Rome. A good selection of pastas, fish, chicken and veal. Lots of good choices if you have room for dessert! The ambience is lovely and the service is always good. (and I'm very fussy about service these days) It doesn't hurt to make a reservation since they can fill up.

Our experience at Lattanzi was just perfect! Out of the 8 people in our party, my husband and I were the only 2 who have experienced Lattanzi prior to this dinner. While we were have cocktails, one person in our group said “I can just tell I'm going to love this place”.. and he did! Our appetizers were delicious the mozzarella caprese was delicious,the artichoke app was cooked to perfection! The entrees were also crowd pleasing, cacio e peppe was just like we had in Italy, artichoke gnocchi was delicious. The bronzino was cooked beautifully.. The staff was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable! We will all be going back!
