Opravdu spatna kvalita. Současná obsluha má zálibu v pripalovani housky i masa takže nemá problém vydat smradlavy horky produkt za 135 kč. Dokonce jsem obsluhu upozornil, že nechci pripaleny produkt, jelikož mi byla naposledy vydaná pripalena houska. Vysledkem je znovu pripalena houska a spálené maso jako bonus, což jsem bohužel objevil až po cestě domů. Okno jsem navštěvoval vice nez rok a kvalitu jídla jsem považoval za nadprůměrnou. Po poslední zkušenosti a na základě kvality a arogance obsluhy jste definitivně prisli o zakaznika. It used to be quite nice place to get a reasonable quality burger, unfortunately, lately the quality went quite low. The guy who is doing the burgers is able to burn bun and meat too even though I've told him that last time I had it it was burnt and to make sure not to burn it again. I guess too difficult request to fulfill because it was burnt so much not even my girlfriend who loves burnt food was able to eat it. Really bad and unprofessional service.

Terrible food, terrible service. There were two guys there just figuring out music all the time, even while the cook was making the burgers he was constantly typing on the phone with the gloves and changing the blasting music. We took one table, more people came but couldn 't lean on the second table cause the cooks friend was hanging there talking to the cook and listening to the music with him. We had to wait long even thought there was no one before us. We got 2 burgers and for the 3rd one we had to wait much much longer. The burger itself tasted and looked terribly, it was cold, full of ketchup and the meat was weird it had a lot of hard parts and gummy parts within. Next day we all had tummy issues. You need to fix everything about this place and stop serving food which will make people sick.

Phil’s blasts loud generic hip hop while just below neighbors who’ve been living in their flats for decades. People who don’t want to be disturbed have no way to avoid their crappy music. Combine that with gimmicky flashing lights and mediocre food makes this is a good place to avoid.

Loud music, flickering lights, wanna be a cool place, but the hotdog and burgers we got from the guy, well... I don't believe anyone would be satisfied with the portion size and the quality doesn't really match the price. I tried once and won't return.
