One of us dared to mention that the anchovies on her partly incinerated pizza tasted funky and was looked down scornfully. After repeating that really they tasted kind of wrong, the waitress got angry and impatient. She denied that there was anything wrong with the food and went away. When time came to pay by check (a very common practice in France) we were told that this required a valid ID card (which is true and again very common) in such a scornful manner once again that we all looked at each other, speechless, unable to believe such rudeness. This place does not deserve any business at all. When one is SO rude, produces mediocre food and still asks a pretty penny for it all, it should just get out of business.
