Hometown Pizza Of Bristol

The pizza was inedible. I tried to call, twice, to let them know that the pizza was in complete disarray, and no one answered.It was a cold, sloppy mess, literally. There were 5 randomly shaped pizza slices, and some slices didn't have a crust.P.s. this was supposed to be half bacon, half cheese ?‍You live and you learn. I have learned not to order pizza from hometown again. Hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering pizza there.

Well what can I say very disappointed with this place been going there for years and everything‘s been perfect except today I ordered broccoli Rob that was not broccoli Rob was mushy and very small portions and I ordered the same dish four days ago and it was unbelievable and then when I called to tried to return it or asked for a replacement the employee got annoyed with me and asked me to return it I drove down and dropped the food off and said don’t be annoyed with me here’s your your broccoli Rob and sausageI will not go there and because if you have a bad experience they’re not the type of employee’s that make it right

I live hometown it’s my favorite pizza hands down. I always get the spinach tomato and ricotta. The slices have always been better than a fresh pizza. I moved to New Britain and we decided to get two pizzas and boy was I disappointed. It like they totally changed to a different type of pizza. On top of that the pizza wasn’t even cut.

While the community has great things to say about this restaurant, I found myself underwhelmed. When I try a new pizza place, I get the same Pizza. They didn't do as well as other restaurants I've tried in town. I may try it once more, or I may not. I'm always looking for a new favorite.

Excellent deal on a large pizza and salad. HUGE pizza, lots of toppings, and delicious. Even during busy times, delivery doesn't seem to take very long.
