Let me start off with a round of applause to De Wolf Tavern's staff members! Kudos to Erica Mederios; De Wolf's head manager, for making our rehearsal dinner such a memorable experience. From our menu selections, to the beautiful sensual flowers on the tables. Thank you to Rebecca Vieira, De Wolf's Catering director. Both of you ladies made our families and friends feel so welcome. Your attention to detail was impeccable, my wife and I are so blessed that you could accommodate all our options and needs. From the beautiful decor in the bridal suite, to the wedding under the tent, followed by a exquisite reception! 100 hands down we applaud you both!! And let me not forget the star of the show! Chef Sai Viswanath and his culinary team were absolutely exceptional. Chef Sai's plant base accommodations drew me back to when I was in culinary school. The flavors of smoky and sweet Indian spices gave me to urge to go to Madras, India for our honeymoon. Smiles. Overall, My family and I applaud all of you for all your hard work and we will never forget this experience. So to all the newly engaged!!! What an incredible meal. Perfect location. Wonderful food. Great, friendly service. I highly recommend DeWolf Tavern for your visit to Bristol. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. And kudos to Colby S for wonderful suggestions.

This place was highly recommended by a long-time local. I was suspicious when I walked in because the floors were super slick/oily and the inside lighting was dark. I was expecting a restaurant past its prime. I was very wrong! I and my friend shared the seafood appetizer and the vegetarian entree. The seafood could not have been fresher. The shrimp was sweet, large and perfectly cooked. The sauce for the oysters was great. The vegetarian platter paired well with the seafood proteins. It had brussel sprouts, a bean medly, diced cornbread, and a few other items. We sat on the back patio. There is not much of a view, but it was nice to eat outside all. Staff was friendly.

Warm and welcoming environment, friendly staff, delicious food with lots of options. Reasonably priced. I am looking forward to my next visit here. Thank you for a great experience!

Went in for some light appetizers and drinks on a rainy afternoon. Very nice ambiance , good quality food. I had noted that I needed a seat a bit removed from the main floor incase of a work call, and the server was pleased to assist. A bit pricey, the empanadas had a really flavorful sauce, but were otherwise just decent . Good coffee (that alone has value to me) and the harbour view was lovely. A pretty solid venue for a date or a quick bite with drinks. PS- Mussels on half shell where incredibly fresh and had a great taste.
