Casa Brasil Cabot Circus - Bristol

I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. We opted for the all-you-can-eat BBQ dinner, where we got to choose our sides from the menu and they were brought to us in small bowls - you can have as many as you like! The sides were all delicious, including options like pasta, salad, chips, lasagne, macaroni cheese, and coleslaw. Throughout the meal, the staff would come around every few minutes with different meats from the BBQ and carve them off at our table. They would continue to bring out different meats until we were satisfied. The cocktails were also fantastic!

We booked a table for my birthday dinner and we received the worst service ever. Supposedly, they had more variety of meat in the evening that’s why we wanted to go for dinner rather than lunch, but we ended up only getting the same type of meat (mostly beef) and didn’t even get to try more than half of what was on the list! The servers didn’t bother checking on us apart from George who kindly asked if we had any requests as he was the only person who was aware that we weren’t getting enough food. We wanted to order more sides due to not having enough meat, but again, no one would even bother to come to our table. Whenever we raised our hands to get their attention, they would avoid eye contact and pretend they didn’t see us. We tried to express our concerns to the lady who initially served us but she didn’t offer anything to compensate her face showed that she was annoyed and aggressively asked us what we actually wanted. We ended up not having any more appetite and just requested for the bill so we could leave. “EAT FREE ON YOUR BIRTHDAY” I showed them my birthday voucher on arrival and we were a group of 5, but they still charged me on the bill. I had to complain for that as well! If we were bad people, we would’ve just run off and left without paying the bill. Overall, we didn’t enjoy our experience at Casa Brasil Bristol at all. At first, I was very excited to get my family to try it but it ended up to be a very disappoiting evening.

The service at this restaurant was subpar. Only one server greeted us with a smile during our entire visit. The staff seemed in low spirits and the salad bar was no longer available, forcing us to order from a menu. While the meal was advertised as unlimited, it was difficult to know exactly what we were ordering. The omission of Picanha, a popular beef cut in Brazilian Rodizios, was disappointing. The atmosphere was adequate, but overall this was one of the least enjoyable dining experiences I have had. With a price tag of over £30 per person, I expected much more. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This was my first time dining at Casa Brazil, and our server did a fantastic job explaining the side dishes and the various meats that would be brought to our table. Everything was delicious, and I had a great experience overall.

It was amazing night really enjoyed the night. Food was great value
