Floodstage Ale Works - Brighton

Walked in, were not greeted at all, bartenders just cussing up a storm during the middle of the day, not a good place to take your kids. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all.

Drink selection was great, service was challenging. When you did get service it good.

Went to flood stage recently for some beers and something to eat. We only stayed for 1-2 beers and decided to leave. When we got there it seemed like the bartender was annoyed we were there. It seems like they cater more to regulars? the beer tasted good however. I would not go back just due to feeling unwelcome while we were there.

Amanda is the best! So sweet and makes great drinks!

Fun little bar! We popped in on a random trip through Brighton on a Thursday night. We didn't eat. It's the first day of Summer and their patio is wonderful and huge! They have a limited whiskey/bourbon selection but plenty of beer. The bathrooms were clean. People were friendly. I'd go here alone as a woman. It had a safe feel to it. Filled with locals who seemed to frequent the establishment. There's a decent amount of parking spaces on the street behind the bar and plenty of parallel spots on the other side. Great time to be had here.
