Little Bird - Brighton and Hove

Friendly staff. Fantastic coffee and delicious cake. Would recommend this to anyone in the area....!

We were draw into this cosy cafe by a splendid array of cakes in the window. Sometimes what tempts the eye disappoints the palate but everything here lived up to its visual promise. I had the unusual (to me anyway) combination of the courgette and lime gateau which proved moist and delicately flavoursome whilst my husband had the more traditional but no less delicious chocolate fudge cake. There was a nice assortment of the rather lovely Bluebird brand of teas to try and I had 'Dozy Girl ' (chamomile. lavender and rose) whilst being mightily tempted by the equally gorgeous Strawberry Lemonade.If you sit outside you can people watch and eat cake to your heart 's content and the warm and friendly service is just the cherry on the top!

Lovely for a cake and a pit stop after wandering through the lanes. It's very small inside, but ideal for a mini break from shopping. Chai latte was lovely!

Cozy cafe, friendly and smiling service, delicious coffee, amazing pineapple and chocolate cake, but the mankiest toilet I’ve seen in a while!

Tables are a bit of a squeeze but the cake is worth it. Nice little break from shopping at the Lanes.
