Jerome's - Bridlington

I ordered the Mexican burger, while my wife chose the vegetarian panini. The flavors of our meals were truly excellent—absolutely fantastic. For dessert, we opted for something to complement our main dishes, which was spot on as well. However, the service left much to be desired. The staff, mostly young minimum wage workers, seemed rather indifferent. When we asked for some condiments, we were told to help ourselves. We noticed several dirty tables being ignored, and the staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. It’s a shame because this place has the potential to be a five-star establishment just based on the quality of the food. I would rate the dining experience five stars for the meal, two stars for cleanliness, and three stars for the staff.

There are several branches of Jerome. The one by the seaside is extremely busy, but this one on the promenade is a hidden gem. The staff is friendly, the cakes are delightful, and, of course, the famous ice creams are a must-try.

The drinks are wonderful, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm trying to keep the desserts simple—just so delicious!
