Dunkin' - Bridgeport

First and foremost, I have to say that this is definitely the most spacious and well-designed Dunkin' in the area. There’s always plenty of parking available, and although the drive-through gets busy in the mornings and on weekends, the wait times are reasonable. The staff are generally very friendly, which is incredibly important to me—probably 99 out of 100 times, they’re really nice. This Dunkin' is one of my favorites, but it does have the same issue that many others face: often, when I place an order through the app for in-store pickup, only part of my order is ready when I arrive. Workers need to be trained to ensure that the entire order is complete before anything is placed on the pickup shelf. *Please* take responsibility for the full order and make sure it’s all there, including drinks, food, straws, and napkins. That’s all I ask. If the entire order isn't ready, please don’t just put part of it on the shelf. It drives me crazy when I order through the app and only my food is available, but I have to hunt someone down for my missing coffee. That’s my only complaint. I also wish the entrance and exit for this plaza could be moved to align with Bruce Ave., but I understand that Dunkin' can’t do anything about that. It's just really frustrating to make a left turn out of the plaza when there’s no traffic light. Hopefully, that's something that can be resolved in the future.

The Spanish lady at the drive-thru in the morning is always very friendly. Even when the line is long, they keep it moving efficiently.

On the rare occasions when something wasn't quite right, the staff was very polite and quickly resolved the issue. More often than not, though, the morning shift is exceptional. In fact, they know both my fiancé and me by face, and by the time we reach the counter to order, they are already preparing our food. It’s fantastic! Usually, dealing with a place like this daily can be a hassle, but that’s not the case here—each visit is something I look forward to. Thank you so much for your outstanding service; it is truly appreciated!

The atmosphere is pleasant, and the team is friendly. However, I'm not sure if the employee I encountered was just new or lacking adequate training, as they were unable to provide information about the ingredients in the falling nutty pumpkin ice cream.
