Bereket Turkish Cuisine Fairfield Avenue

I believe Bereket is a hidden gem in Fairfield County. The ambiance is simple yet elegant, and the music brings you to a different world. The food is comforting, like meat and potatoes but with a delightful exotic twist. I'm puzzled as to why this restaurant isn't always packed. Perhaps it's because where I live, people tend to stick to traditional American cuisine, pasta, pizza, and seafood. However, if you're looking to tantalize your taste buds, I highly recommend trying Bereket. I can guarantee it will become one of your go-to spots for comfort food. My top choices are the lamb kabobs, zucchini pancakes, and lentil soup. Their baklava is also top-notch. The owners and staff are fantastic, and it's BYOB with no corkage fee.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. All dishes were hot and fresh from the grill, even the desserts were hot out of the oven. I don't think you can find a place anywhere else in the world that serves baklava and kanefe straight from the oven. Make sure you save room for dessert! The service was top-notch. The ambiance, however, was just okay.

I have been dining at this restaurant for over two years now, and I must say that I absolutely love the food and the service! You must try their homemade Turkish sekerpare dessert.
