Restaurant Le Valentin - Briançon

A big restaurant in Briançon, in the little gargoy, a little hidden in the alleys but worth adventure. A beautiful map with mountain specialties for gourmets like me, the fondue was excellent and copyy! I highly recommend this cute restaurant in a vaulted cellar. And in summer it's good because we're cool!

A restaurant to discover if you want to be in the theme of the mountain! Undeniably, when you come back here, you will know the meaning of the expression having the teeth of the background that bathes!!! Indeed, the dishes are copied. I remember a raclette that explodes the palace, but also the deaf!... It's good, of quality... We ask again, but I'm allowed to digest! Nice place because the restaurant is not too big. Well located in the old town, gargoy level.
