Greenstone - Breckland

The wait for food was extremely long, and when it finally arrived, it was evident that it had been sitting under a heat lamp as it was dried up. I was charged for a portion of onion rings but only received three onion rings. The food was carelessly placed on the table, not presented nicely.

This restaurant is part of the Marstons chain, so you can expect the typical experience that comes with their pubs. The decor is nice, but the carvery was lacking in flavor and a bit dry. Thankfully, I was able to improve it with some gravy. The back of the restaurant is more suited for families and is a nice area to sit in.

I went to this restaurant for Christmas dinner and had a wonderful experience. The staff and chefs were excellent - very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They were able to cater to my child's dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free, and fish-free) without any issues. I would give them a 10/10 rating.

1. seated 10 minutes past our reservation time 2.had to reorder food for the 4th time. Which took half an hour 3. Waited an astronomical amount of time for starter plates to be collected 4. Waited an hour fifteen for orders which were not carvery. 5. Carvery veg was more oil less veg 6. Served dessert before mains plates were collected

Terrible, terrible ! Prawns in prawn cocktail 10 and cold nearly frozen . Meat dry , vegetables overcooked! Yorkshire pudding you can kill someone that’s was so hard . And standing for hours under lamp. Service slow slow slow . Never again until New chefs new staff! Bad opinion between town people !
