Best sushi in Breckenridge, if not America! Chef is amazing! He gets the freshest fish flown in daily!

Definitely best sushi in Breck. Great quality fish and soo fresh. Staff and service is great and always is. The staff here love what they do and the food shows for it. A small little place that now takes reservations only so plan ahead.

Takeout review: we wanted to get food on a busy weekend night in season and this place didn't diss appoint. We ordered online for our family and food was ready on time packaged nicely to go. Easy to park on side of street and quick to scoop up your order. Sushi was outstanding {esp for Togo bc even great in house sushi can feel bland when it's to go}. We had various rolls with different textures and flavors mostly raw. Highly recommend

Service was on point, as always. Very attentive and responsive. We enjoyed the edamame, then my husband had the udon bowl with the very best tempura shrimp on the side. So crisp and fresh! We also enjoyed several sushi rolls that were perfect just what we wanted. Thanks again. We'll always be back.

Mountain Flying Fish NEVER disappoints!! I am a 29 year local and have been dining here for as long as they've been open (15 years I believe). Fish is fresh and prepared by Master chef, Tetsuo-san and his apprentice, Jax. The evening I was there, Jax was behind the bar. His skills were impressive and his creations filled my belly. My waitress was impeccable as well! I always recommend to friends who want the best sushi in Summit County, Flying Fish is by far the best! Ask for Jax!
