Great service and food. Our trip was filled with awful staff and experiences in Brasov, but our blonde, young girl from Cartofisserie (didn't catch her name) made us feel really good and smile. Will definitely remember it and will definitely come back. Really enjoyed the cheese-on-the-potatoes touch as well.

Essential place for every Belgian fries lover : Excellent fries with variety of tasty dips. You cam watch whole process of creating the fries from raw potato to its final, golden and crunchy form. In addition, there is a tasty and cheap coffee. PS. I travelled across half of Romania and this is the first place with paper towels and automatic soap dispenser.

Proper crispy fries as found in Belgium and the Netherlands.Took mayo sauce wit it, was reall nice snack to go.This is how it's supposed to be: oily crispy fries. They are on sight peeled, so they are definitely freshly made. What else do you want? Keep up the good work!
