Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

My family had made reservations for a party of 10 the day before our visit to the restaurant. We were accommodated with our desired table, which had been prepared for us with menus. Our waitress was friendly, competent, and efficient. I was impressed by how quickly our 10 meals were served by a big team effort. The location had ample parking spaces and the restaurant was not too loud, allowing us to enjoy each other's company. Thank you to Kelseys and the wonderful staff, both in the kitchen and out, for a lovely lunch with my family.

Tina H provides excellent service with a constant smile. She is always attentive to our needs and we always request to be seated in her section. Thank you for the great service.

We started by ordering the Kelsey's Acquisition. They mistakenly messed up our wings, but when we contacted them, the manager was very helpful in resolving the issue. They not only replaced the wings but also gave us a complimentary dessert and Spin Dip. The staff were wonderful and we were truly appreciative of this gesture.

Tested order on line for 2 persons from the hotel.. Could order for 1 complete, but 2. person order ever higher. Called to order phone 2 calls made ....both separated to Drove to restaurant.... Placed order in the Bar Server Professional Courteous......Waited 30 min for order To long food acceptable and delicious value spent for dollars poor

Went for a bite to eat and was welcomed at the door and they checked my COVID passport. Sat in bar area and 90% of staff had masks below nose and mouth. One dark hired young lady had her mask floating around her face. It...was so loose it was falling off. The bar manger did not lead by example. He didn't want to mess up his beard perhaps. Total disregard for COVID safety after you get into the bar dining area. Very disappointing
