The Moorfield - Brae

Fantastic place to eat out. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was really good enjoyed by all the family ????

We were in today for Sunday lunch and having told them on booking about tomato problem they did a first class job of letting me know bout the different items on the menu that I would need to keep clear off. Lunch was lovely, I stuck with old faithful lamb . Thank you very much for making today so much simpler ????.

We had fantastic Christmas meal today. It was well cooked and delicious, also the waiter was very friendly and attentive. The only thing missing were the Christmas Crackers!

Hotel is fine, and the view is lovely if you’re in a room at the front, but the breakfast was average even at 0730 it had clearly been there for some time, as the bacon was hard and the hash browns were so hard they shattered on contact. London prices for drinks. Overall it is very comfortable, but the cost £145 B&B is simply not justified for what it is. Six of us stayed, 6 rooms, no group discount. Save your money and stay in the Brae Hotel round the corner.

Just been along for our anniversary meal, we were a few months late BUT the wait was well worth it. Moorfield did us proud with Fabulous Service and the food was totally DELICIOUS!! Thank you!
