Chick-fil-A At Creekwood - Bradenton

For someone who had to wait 36 minutes to wait for a mobile order, they should get it right. U had 36 minutes to make a sandwich. No cheese, no bacon I paid. 9 Nuggets in my daughters 12 pieces. Every time I go here, my order is wrong. Not happy. And I'll go there for 30 minutes. I want the manager to do it right this time, I never complain, but that's ridiculous.

It's pretty average. Always always wrapped Drivethru though. And one of the people who was the driver was pretty rude. Didn't I say my pleasure? Maybe it was a bad day.

The food was ready right away. The staff were all extremely helpful and took care of everything I needed. I refilled my drink while I settled. Every worker was very polite and helpful. Managers should be proud of all the great workers who work here.

You gave me Mayo packages instead of my ranch? I always dip my fries into the ranch sauce. Mayo is not an equivalent. I'm stubborn. Give 4 more stars because it is Chick-fil-A and the rest of my order was perfect. I'm just disappointed I didn't get my sauce.

Pleasant staff. I discovered two days after I had been there, that I left my credit card at this location. The manager had took good care of the card until I was able to back track and discover that I had left it in their restaurant. Food and service was excellent. Thank you for your honesty and integrity.
