The East Asia - Bracknell Forest

Quoted a 1 hour delivery time, then once processed two hours! No response on phone, email or Facebook. Food arrived 2.5 hours later at 9:40 by which time we had eaten and food went to waste. Sadly still no response from the company which is really disappointing.

We ordered our food 2 hours ago and are still waiting!

I was not disappointed with the takeaway, the appearance of the food really took me aback, I didn’t expect the presentation to be really good, it was very filling and very delicious.

Just had our first takeaway from here and it was absolutely incredible. We went to Thailand last year and the food from here was identical and just as tasty, highly recommend.

2nd time ordering first week didn’t deliver a rice dish and ordered black coconut ice cream but just sent cookie dough instead as changed supplier. This week forgot to included husbands Katsu curry and rice and can’t get through on phone. Very disappointed. I hope you credit me back for this as we paid online when we placed ordered. Still can’t get through on phone and emails not replied to either
