This place is horrible, do not come here. We ordered the matcha bingsu with extra topping and a lemon ice tea. And they gave us extra lemon in the ice tea which made it taste just like sour lemon water and no extra topping for our matcha bingsu. The matcha powder on the bingsu was ridiculously thick, about 2cm which almost made one of our friends choke because it was so dry. When she coughed, the powder went everywhere in the air. The table was not cleaned properly and the cutlery was dirty. They also had dirty tissues in the tissue box. Had to ask them for a refund or to swap for another flavour as it was not edible and so bitter. The drinks were also very sour and we had to ask for a straw everytime they brought the drinks out. They also told our friend that there was no Oreo so he asked to swap it to something else or a refund. Then they said they have Oreo which is so confusing, after trying our matcha dish, our friend opted for the refund. We got all of our order over 30 mins later, will not be returning. Do not recommend, much better dessert places in sunnybank for this price.
