Arby's - Boyce

I specially went for prime rib steak sandwich and they were out of bread roll plus peppers. Then I asked for Greek gyro and again unavailable. Not even turkey. Then I got brisket combo with small drink and fries. They said they are out of small cupsand charged me for medium drink. He was like take it or leave it. Worst experience in Arby's ever. Will never go back to thislocation.

Really cool place. Easy access no issues food is Arby's and good. 7$ make you holler with pleasure. Get two and something to swallow Xtra change you in for a happy face. Can you dig it? Arby's got the meats. Hollar!

I visited early in the day and noticed that only one person was working. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was a great experience. The food was fantastic! I’m only giving it four stars because he didn’t ask or recommend any sauces for a first-time customer like me. As my boyfriend pointed out when I got back to the car, everyone knows you HAVE to get Arby’s sauce for the roast beef sandwich! I didn’t know that, and no one mentioned it to me, so I missed out.

Perfect for a quick meal on the go. However, the cashier seemed to be having a rough day and wasn't very attentive. Our order ended up being incorrect. When I went to address it, she reacted quite angrily, saying that I had ordered incorrectly. I pulled out the receipt to show that the order was indeed wrong. Fortunately, the management stepped in and replaced our entire order.

This Boyce location used to be known for its speed and efficiency, but today I was quite disappointed. I drove 50 miles for the WAGYU experience, only to find that the employee struggled with the ordering process, and the meal preparation took much longer than expected. The WAGYU burger itself was decent, but I don’t understand what all the hype is about.
