The history of bournemouth the theater is located directly on the sea, we parked on the madeira road (free Sunday parking) and went down to the theater, although it went in the future through the city down, it is worth parking at the pavillon. the foyer is small for the amount of people holding the theatre, but it didn't take long to go through our places. we sat on the row l, sit 26/27 and had a fantastic view of the stage. the seats were comfortable and were raised slightly above the sitting down. jane mcdonald to see was an amazing experience, we had a great night, it was fantastic to see jane live in concert, she is a phenomenal singer and a big laugh on the stage, a true entertainer. with lure of queen, abba, officer a gentleman and jane's own lieder we sang together.
The show was pretty good, but the place itself must be renovated. it is such a beautiful building, but some features are not in a good condition. the seats are really old and it felt like they were breaking. with something work it can become an amazingly beautiful building
I just want to give a big scream to the staff in bournemouth pavilion. they helped my vater massiw when we realized that I had booked circular cards for a show and there was no elevator to use for my disabled vater. they made it to us sitting only 9 rows from the front and on a gang with very short announcement (10 minutes). amazing service and show!
On Friday we saw our own boots. a brilliant must see fun performance .even for children 10 and above. the workers in the pavillon are amazing. the bar staff makes fun and very attentive. I booked last minute so I could only get a place close to the back. When 3 very big people arrived in front of me, I couldn't see a centimeter stage. a huge thanks to the usherette that went beyond me to find me another seat. my night was opened, thank you.
