Caffe Nero - Bournemouth

Quite a good experience, had to wait a minute or too to get served but staff friendly and welcoming, would visit again.

Went in on Saturday morning. One member of staff serving, busy and overwhelmed but still polite and just about coping. Did our order fine and was very professional given the the very rude woman (manage maybe) who was rushing around with some paperwork, serving herself and her family. She made no attempt to assist with the queue that was now out the door. The only time she spoke to the guy serving was to basically accuse him of stealing and that she would have to close the whole place down “cos I can’t fix this” while waving the paperwork in his face. If I was him I would have quit right there and then. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I haven’t seen behaviour like that since I worked in the co-op in the 80s! The one star is for the poor member of staff.

One of the best coffees in the area. Love upstairs roomy, clean, comfortable and oh joy, lovely music. Very couth! Friendly staff. A great experience didn’t want to leave (apart from the fact that it was freezing cold outside haha)

This is a standard Nero cafe, however the staff are cheerful friendly. The milano hot chocolate is toon my humble opinion the best on the high street

Visited here with the family , asked for a iced coffee, the Batista broke the ice cubes and poured hot coffee over it and charged me £3.50 ,for the privilege .Also very frequently outside its like being in Afghanistan full of Arabs , smoking and doing nothing or making there drink last for hours .Give it a miss ,
