L'Ordre du Bon Temps - Le Pays de la Sagouine

Wide variety of food, from your typical breakfast (eggs, sausages, bacon, etc), to chicken pie, vegies, salad, chiard (Acadian potato based dish) and desert. The Acadian potato based dishes may be an acquired taste for some but, they are certainly something to try for those who never tasted them. Friendly service and great ambiance. The restaurant is well organized with a patio section with large openings to get the outside feeling. With the exception of some beverage (ex: orange juice) is a sell-serve buffet. You can also order specific items if you want. This was not our first time and we will certainly go again. This a great place to bring the family.

Remember that this establishment is seasonal. Hours of the restaurant may differ from the hours of the Pays de la Sagouine. The brunch buffet is really good. They also have dinner theater shows from time to time (check their website to learn more) We decided to go since it was one of the last times it would be open this season. The buffet offers a wide variety of food. There was tea, coffee, juice, eggs benedict, scrambled eggs, beans, roasted potatoes, toast, crepe rapé, rice, hot veggies, rapé, poutines rapés, chicken, fish, pasta salads, Caesar salad, cold veggies, fruits, desserts and so much more. You wont be disappointed trust me. Very friendly staff and very good food. If you haven't tried it, you need to! We will be back for sure.

We decided to go to the brunch buffet once more. As usual, it was delicious. There is always a wide variety of food to chose from. This time there was; Acadian poutines, rapé, crepes rapés, vegetables, rice, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, roasted potatoes, beans, mashed potatoes, cold salads, cold vegetables, Caesar salad, roasted chicken, baked fish, desserts, tea, coffee, juice and much more! Everything tasted fresh and delicious, like it always does. We cant wait to go back.

I visited this restaurant for a casual social gathering called "pub night" after work.

This pub is on a list of venues that hire bands for a fee, but then fail to pay them the agreed amount at the end of the night.
