When I called the location I ordered from (NOT customer service) and told them I was missing an item, they told me “hold on, let me connect you with the store” and put me on a forever hold.thanks for stealing my money I guess
Could not actually get an order in because of the long hold I was consistently put on after being frustrated just trying to get an order done through the app. All I wanted to do was order some pizza hut since I don’t have it in my normal area. Then to find out they are out of 2 of 4 things I was trying to get. AND the manager was not friendly or helpful, didn’t even try to help me with anything and called me aggressive. I just wanted pizza while staying in a hotel in this area and you were rude. Instantly putting me on hold for a long time until I called back l. If this is how the management is at pizza hut I am actually glad you didn’t get my business and I hope others see this and decide not to order from here either. This was just awful. Truly terrible. As one that has been in management before I know you should know how to talk to customers. And whoever the manager actually is here, you obviously don’t have that skill and should find something else.
I ordered directly from Pizza Hut online and was quoted 25 to 35 minutes for delivery. After I ordered I received a text saying it would be de delivered by DoorDash and added a half hour for delivery. The order took an hour and was missing 2 of the sauces I paid additional for. Food was lukewarm. I do not recommend.
Every Pizza tastes the same. It doesn't matter if you get the meat lovers or the veggie pizza. They all taste the same. Not the employees fault. Just very boring flavor
