Eating was moderate, looking forward to the waffels listed on the website, but was disappointed to find out that they are no longer served. the waiter was always distracted, had to ask him to water, command, shecks, etc.

The service was terrible. had a party of 11 to my birthday, and I literally had to order someone down, every time we needed something (to get menus to order food, order drinks several times to get water to ask for the food we ordered that we did not get to get our store, pay our store), and then our order came wrong. the waiter said that he would remove items from the bill that he did not do several times. worse service I have ever received.

Pizzeria would take a because, so ordered appetizers. the fried cheese came fast. the garlic breadsticks lasted an hour pizza even longer. they make a big takeout business and it looked like the priority breadsticks and pizza were really good when they finally came -back to the back - but it could have been that we only starve at this point.

We made a reservation for 7:15pm but the hostess admitted that she messed up and gave our table away to someone else. We told her we would get a drink at the bar. After 30 minutes we checked in with her and she had forgotten about us. We were finally seated at 8:00pm and placed our food order immediately (starving at this point). just 2 pizzas and a salad. The salad came out at 8:45 and just one pizza at 9:00pm. Our guest had eaten his entire pizza by the time the other one arrived. It was a challenge to get the bill to leave and we were grabbing ubers at 10:15pm. We didn't eat until 1hr 30min after our reservation time and we were leaving 3 hours after our reservation time.

Horrible experience, service was awful and slow and food orders were messed up. My husband and I were delivered our food and at the same time our food was delivered the manager came up to share to that other couple I was with that they didn't have ingredients for their omelette. I understand this happens but I do not get the timing or logic behind delivering half the parties food and then at the same time telling the other two people were dining with they don't have what is needed to make what was ordered. Will never go back.
