Compozeat - Bordeaux

Superb address, on the docks of the watersheds, the terrace is on top and in the sun, recently redesigned with herbal trays, it's really nice to have lunch! I come regularly, the team is very cool, the ingredients always fresh and as much as possible of the season. They recently examined their poached card, with many options to choose the protein (saumon, tuna, shrimp, falafel!! My favorite combo remains the poked salmon with poked and Thai sauce with a ginger-house lemonade!

The welcome is great! Smiling and pleasant staff! Rich and accessible dishes. Nothing to say, I come back every week or almost! Very nice address if in addition you don't want to wait!

I had the chance to have lunch on a very pleasant terrace with watersheds. I ate a salad made by my care, the ingredients are fresh, it smells! For dessert, I opted for chia seeds, healthy and homemade, delicious! I highly recommend Compozeat, I will come back

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, despite sometimes weakening. Salads are very good and well garnished, as is the case for poked. You can enjoy a very pleasant terrace overlooking the docks. Bravo to the whole team:

Location and location very beautiful. At food level the bagels are good and well garnished. Bowls and salads too. This remains very classic together but the products are good and fresh. I recommend!
