Kfc - Booneville

They are a two restaurant in one location (KFC/Taco Bell) Chicken pot pies and crispy chicken sandwiches are awesome! The KFC side accepts online orders and offer catering services. The kfc app however is problematic here. Unfortunately the Taco Bellside does not accept online orders or app orders at this time nor do they offer catering.

The young man at cash register could not do simple math. Sign at drive through said one thing cash register another and we were shorted $5. The boy could not get that the amount was wrong. Chicken tasted like been under heat light all day

Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Our food looked like it was 3 days old, it was burnt, and 2pcs of the chicken was literally bone and burnt skin! Also the shift manager told us she couldn't issue a refund because it was after 8pm! Nor can she call the store manager for the same reason! After the issue was brought to her attention she COMPLETELY ignored us and didn't even attempt to make it right! The cook said IF we wanted fresh chicken we could wait 20-30mins as he preceeded to get hateful with us! This store, and the food is disgusting! The employees are awful! They do not care about customer service or quality of the food. I wouldn't even feed that to my dogs!

Spent almost $45 on two $20 fill ups and the food was terrible the chicken was dry the French fries were old and hard Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
