Capone's Pizza - Boone

This is by far the best pizza place if not overall restaurant in Boone! I had the machine gun mike and it was perfect! I grabbed an order of wings for what I thought was going to be a side but was amazed at the size and price of the wings. The CaribbeanJerk sauce was amazing and the ranch was in such a big container. You definitely get your moneys worth here!

I like that due to limited staff they adjusted the way they do things. When you arrive they seat you and let you know when your ready to come up to counter to order. You can get your own drinks. It is very simple and easy and they bring you the foodthen pay on your way out. The restaurant is roomy and can accommodate large groups. Food was delicious. Excellent pizzaand garlic knots. I got the Greek salad and it was huge.

The pizza and salad were absolutely incredible! Despite staffing shortages, our food came out in good time with fabulous service. We had the Meaty Margherity and a Greek salad. I would definitely recommend this place if your in Boone and are cravingpizza.

We were visiting and ordered takeout. The Hawaiian pizza we had was delicious! I loved the crust too. It was so good I forgot to take a picture. Next time we visit we will be dining in! The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and it looked like they might havea salad bar but it wasn't open when we placed our order.

Don 't get me wrong, the food is still great. And while the location is in a much better place now for ease of access and parking, I feel like it 's lost a lot of it 's charm since leaving downtown King Street. I fell in love with with it then, almosta decade ago now. But now I feel that special something it had is gone. Still the best garlic knots around though. And just anf.y.i.; the we deliver pizza wings neon sign in the front window was made by me! :
