Mam Mam - Bonn

Smaller restaurant in a quiet part of town. Vegetarian/Vegan options are marked but it was not fully clear which of the former it represented. Nonetheless, the restaurant very easily allowed vegan customization. The food itself was very yummy with the rice noodle salad having a nice blend of textures and flavours. Everything felt very fresh. Worth a visit!

Mam Mam is nicely located in Bonner Südstadt and offers Vietname cuisine. The dishes are tasty and flavorfull but sometimes miss the little attention to detail to really wow you. They have lots of vegan dishes, but they are not clearly marked on the menue. I have not checked with the staff if they know which ones are or can be veganised. They are all very kind and given they cook fresh I am sure they would accomodate.

Very tasty vegan dishes with different tasty sauces too choose from.

Excellent authentic food. Full if flavor and hot spicy. Place was quite busy and we would recommend a reservation even within the week. Service was friendly but somewhat slow

Visited with friends. It was an experimental place for us, we usually go to Bonjour Vietnam for Vietnamese food. Mam-Mam surprised us with great food and fantastic service so the Best Vietnamese place in Bonn clearly moves to Mam-Mam. Definitely coming back to try other...dishes... To improve further, Mam-Mam could look revisit how they make infused teas (see how Bonjour Vietnam does them) and install an air curtain at the entrance it may get chilly if it's cold outside. Both things considered they are still five star.
