The Crab Pot Woorim - Bongaree

Place was recommended by a local as the best on this side of the island, very nice fish, and calamari, weird to have thin fries instead of chips at a fish and chip place, maybe it's an island thing, the special chip seasoning was quite nice despite not doing chicken salt. A decent serve of tarte sauce came with the $30 mix box so extra wasn't needed but you can add bbq and gravy and others.

A little disappointed, what’s the go with serving shoestring fries with fish n chips ? Every fish n chip shop that I have been to you get a fat chip 13-15mm chip. If I wanted shoestring chips I’d go to Maccas . Very disappointed and some what over priced . Wouldn’t go back again .

For me, it was not great. I made the mistake of assuming it would be chips and not fries (My fault , I didnt dislike them (Still ate them but I was just expecting chips The scallops/fritters were very thin (I'll take this one and assume they would be thicker but also unaware they would be crumbed (another assumption on my behalf but have always ever had them battered

We have traveled out her and this is the best calamari ever we come every year and have never been disappointed amazing 2 weeks great eating fantastic friendly staff

Super delicious Rosie’s chicken, fish was beautiful and the ‘beef burger’ was amazing. Really great service overall, definitely recommend!
