Jake's Cakes And Baked Goods

Not happy with my daughters first birthday cake when I opened the box it was already falling apart. The icing was hard the fondant was hard and the cake was like styrofoam. My daughter couldn’t even pull the cake apart… it definitely was upsetting… and the cake didn’t not look nearly as cute as the inspiration photo… and the trim fell off one side definitely won’t be ordering again. I had high hopes for my daughters first birthday..

My favorite bakery in Pueblo!! I am gluten free and this place has the best gluten free cakes/cupcakes I've ever had. Would definitely recommend any of their sweets my whole family always enjoys!: ?

Very happy with Jakes cakes! The gluten free cupcakes for a dollar were amazing! I loved his dessert counter with three dollar treats. We spent seventy dollars on two cakes, a bigger one for the main group of the party, and a gluten free cake for the celiacs in our midst. They made the cakes coordinate to match each other, and the theme of the party, but they also made them different enough so they wouldn't get mixed up and get a celiac sick. I had some of each cake (not celiac myself), and preferred the yellow cake of the gluten free cake. The regular cake was highly praised, and I caught my mom sneaking pieces of it later on! We will be back for more! The owner is awesome, and takes pride in his work. By far the best gluten free cake my celiac babies have had! You can't even taste the difference. The gf cake isn't grainy at all.

I’ve enjoyed all my sweets from Jakes Cakes. The best bakery in Colorado! Super clean place and friendly people. Always ready to bake what I want for my special occasion or just my sweet tooth.

The service was amazing and the food was outstanding I would come back again
