Subway - Boise

Very dirty counter. the 2 teenagers seemed like they were all high out of their minds. they forgot what we said or said to be calm; they seemed extremely confused. they began to add the sandwich of the person behind us to our order until we have clarified ourselves shamefully.

Just tried to stop at this location. Employees in the store. Doors locked. Hours of operation on the door state they are open until 8pm. Interesting. Will no longer be visiting Subway.

Shady pretty sure the employees are in the back doing something they shouldn’t be especially when they close for an employee meeting for three hours that was strange that they closed at 6 PM on a Wednesday for an employee meeting and when I asked him if they’ll be open at all the rest of the night (as he ushered me out, because they didn’t even lock the doors) they said no so from 6pm to 9pm they’re having an employee meeting didn’t look like the manager was there … Something was off and it was very strange… Just saying I don’t think that’s what they were actually doing

THE WORST SERVICE BY FAR, EVER! There were 3 young, Snaughty, white females in the store when my teen daughter (Latina)went in to place an order. Not only were their attitudes awful, 1 threw a bag at my daughter! The sandwiches a $35.00 order, were of poor quality and taste! We as a family will never go back!

The food is just fine but the employees where so rude!! I asked the first kid if they took a coupon I had on my phone he snapped at me 'idk if we take those, HOLD ON!! ' Got down to the register asked the nice young kid if they took my coupon he said idk asked him if there was a promo code bottom? He was looking wen a girl walked up asked him wyd? I asked her if they took my coupon she said that 's for online orders as she started to walk away!.. I told her no its for in store but you print it off bring it in. She snapped at me said 'we don 't print off thing for customers! ' I told her that 's not wat I wanted you to do as she turned her back to us!! I appreciate the young man who tried to help us but the other two need some help wit there communication skills!!
