Bidrage med feedbackHonestly, if you haven't tried Dutch Bros, you should rethink about how you screwed up in life, they have alot of different drinks to choose from including german chocolate, horchata, Flap Jack, Billie Jean, and one of my favorites, the golden eagle, they are satisfaction guaranteed, if you dont like your drink they will remake it or something else for you, and if you like Beans and Brews, this is like that on Steroids, it is why Starbucks cries at night, best coffee I have ever had, when you go there you can choose to top it with Whipped Cream, Carmel Drizzle, Chocolate Drizzle, White Chocolate Drizzle, Birthday Sprinkles, or Cinnamon Sprinkles, oh, and also they have smoothies that you can add the toppings to, you can have Caramel Apple, or even Chocolate Strawberries dipped in Whipped Cream (Its what the drink will taste like)
Needs better attention to detail..... The music is BLASTING LOUD and the people who take drink orders can't hear properly. This is the third time in a month they have gotten my order wrong. And for $6 a pop that is very disappointing. The attitude is too lax when it comes to the order taking.
It was a rainy day, Manager Ashley in this Dutch bro location, she made my order wrong but instead of saying sorry or whatever she could say, she forced me 4 times to get out into the rain and throw away the cup of coffee that I did not order. The rain was pouring outside that day and I was at the window to get my coffee quicker than I would get from drive thru. Of course I waited probably 15min outside and when I finally got the order it wasn?t what I ordered, but the manager Ashley she really had to make me to take the wrong order and throw away for her to the trash can that is outside of theirs kiosk by the pavement. She kept argued me to toss out the order of coffee that I did not order while I was refusing to do so. She had such a rude way to talk to a customer. It felt like she wants to play some kind of power game by saying that is ?protocol? so I answered back to her that I do not want to touch the cup that I didn?t order, then the manager Ashley was taking it very personally and asked me ?why not?? .. I cannot believe this
Ordered muffin top and paid with a card while in line. Had to leave and run to pick up something at Sally?s before they closed. So I wasn?t able to get my muffin top. When I came back the gal was so awesome and she remembered me. I had zero issues getting my order even after I had been gone for 20 minutes. Really appreciate you guys and keep up the good work. Customer service is still something of value with this company!
I showed them my free birthday drink coupon and they didn't even say happy birthday. And I went in on my birthday. They got sassy when I asked for iced..cuz they didn't give the options for blended like other places do. She was like ugh...you have to ask for blended. I never have before it's always been an option at other places. I guess I won't be going here again.
