Arby's - Boise

Fries were supposed to be medium size, but the cup was only half full and they were old and hard. Sandwich was supposed to be a medium size but there was not much meat. When I went back in to ask for some arbys sauces they ignored me.

Big disappointment!! Sandwich was slammed together yesterday and looked like it was smashed..meat was hard non edible..total bust for this place no more for me!

I asked the manager to give kudo 's to the young girl who served me and he didn't care to hear what I said. the manager had little too no eye contact with me, the customer as I tried to tell him how impressed I was with the service I received. I don't think of any managerial material.

MANAGER is BEYOND RUDE and YELLED AT ME! Can’t believe you have this lady working here! She was unbelievably rude and when I confronted her she said “she was tired cause she had to work late and wasn’t trying to be rude”. What a poor excuse to use when being RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. She was working on 7/21 at around 10am with another gentleman. This needs to be addressed

The fryer was not working this evening, so I grabbed a $4 Reuben sammy after the gym and went to Sonic for my Onion rings. Overall the reuben was satisfying in flavor but lacked in sz. Worth the $4 W coupon, but at $4.99, there should be better Reuben sammy's in town.
