The manager just doesn?t seem to understand what the customers want, I Went last week and the ice cream tasted terrible it was almost a chemical flavor.. staff needs to be trained better they never acknowledge customers Always out of chocolate and I?m never given a reason just excuses after excuses We don?t need excuses. We have decided to stick with Parker?s ice cream since Baskin-Robbins in boerne can?t get it together Please make sure you train your staff how to make a milkshake properly 0 stars if I could

Whenever your in the need for some ice cream this is the place to go! Friendly staff and good selection of ice cream. Sometimes a little dirty.

Service was good, could have been a little cleaner but service was fast and cashier was good and professional.

From day one this shop has been a disappointment. Staff has never been trained to acknowledge a customer when they walk in, it has a genetal sticky dirty feel to it even when brand new and they are ALWAYS out of something needed to complete my order, like the right size cup or quite often hot fudge. My first job was at a Baskin Robbins and I love the ice cream so I keep trying and trying to have a good experience. Hasnt happened yet

I?ve been twice. First time out of rocky road or other chocolate ice cream and sugar cones. 2nd time out of waffle cones. How can an ice cream shop consistently be out of ice cream and/or cones?
