The Locale - Boca Raton

We’ve been to Locale three times now. Each time we have been treated very well. The service is impeccable. Our teenage son uses a wheelchair and they always take great care to make sure he is accommodated well. The floor manager is exceptionally kind, professional and attentive. Food was very tasty. It’s become one of our favorite places to go enjoy time together as a family. The hostess, Alejandra is very kind too.

Was very disappointing with the service starting with the hostess, who seem clueless and letting the waiter know that we were seated and waited over 20 minutes for someone just to come to the table for water and a drink order ,, and only after I went back to the hostess stand to ask who was taking care of our table… we like this place but unfortunately, sometimes Service gives you a bad taste in your mouth, so it will be a while before we come back and give it another chance..

Ernesto the manager was personal and tried to help. because of his attention, we will be back.

Eating is great, service was great. prices a little high, but the atmosphere and quality of this restaurant is worth it. the second time here and will be back.

Disappointed in how this restaurant has changed. Prices have gone up and portions have been cut significantly. Restaurant seems to be short staffed, and ultimately we went home hungry and unsatisfied. Valet for $7 is obnoxious for a strip mall.
