El Ranchero Mexican - Blue Springs

The best Mexican food I have ever had, with equally as impressive service. Will be back many times.

This restaurant always has a Stinky odor. Last 2 times I went my stomach was hurting.

I give this place two stars because the Margaritas are good and reasonably priced and it has a good atmosphere. The reason why it didn't get more stars is because I ordered carnitas and I asked for them to be extra crispy, meaning throw it on the skillet and crisp it up on the outside. When I got the food it wasn't even a little bit crispy and it was not appealing to the eye. This is a dish that I order all the time at other restaurants and it's always great. Never had a chicken quesidilla that tasted this good. So good I ordered one the next day for Door Dash delivery! Loved it!

The food was great! The restaurant is very nice and clean. The service was slow and not very responsive. Despite that I will definitely go back again.
