Dunkin' - Blue Hills

They lock the doors during business hours so they only have to take drive through orders

So I buy a coffee this morning with a gift card I had, and saw that I could get a donut for a dollar..she gives me the donut but never came back with the coffee and ignored me. I left with no coffee. I was on company time and wss so mad I was afraid of what I was going to do....so I left. I had come inside because my cdl truck won't fit in the drive through. Nothing but attitude in that place.

They are the slowest employees I have ever met. They took 10 minutes to take my order then another 10 minutes for me to receive my order. I was in the drive thru. I ordered two things and they couldn't even get that right. I am absolutely applauded at the service. The employees had an attitude the entire time.

Their Doors are locked at 6:50 , doordash drivers cannot go

The employees absolute could not care less about their jobs here. They don't communicate, they seemingly don't like human beings, confusing why you would even have this job.
