Dunkin' Donuts - Bloomfield

For the first time my drink was finally made right

This dunkin is very clean. I went there twice, though I live in town. Now it's my place. The only things I found strange, the utensils are behind the counter and it is not accessible to the customer. Why is that?

The assistant manager and manager are very nice people who listen to the concerns of customers. I understand that it is a stressful job; some of the employees could be more patient.
