Bruegger's Bagels - Blaine

Wasn't super happy to take a few bites of my food then get egg shell in it as well

Arrived at 7am on a Wednesday 4-17-24, 2nd in line, couple of my preferred bagels remaining, waited in line for maybe 10 minutes, nobody greeted us walking in. Guy in front order one of my preferred bagels. I got to counter and asked for my preferred bagel, then over intercom for drive thru someone else asks for the same thing, guy looked me in the eye and said well they get 1st choice. I come almost every morning, and to be treated like this, is a bad way to start the day. Manager of the year.

I'm not a New Yorker but these bagels are phenomenal. Delicious and fresh. You don't even need to toast it that's how fresh they are. The maple walnut cream cheese is a must have.

6 staff working, took 15+ minutes to even place an order for two bagels. One person making bagels while other staff appeared available. Very poor customer service and clearly inefficient team (manager)

They need more worked, those that were working overwhelmed. But food was yummy.
