Pizza Hut - Blaby

I don't understand why they have a service rating. All they do is seat you at a table and leave the rest up to you. Then they bring out the food.

Having to order via a QR menu is frustrating. Whats wrong with speaking to a member of staff who can take your order? Our pizza arrived with a hair on it. They did replace it with a new one but I think Pizza Hut's standards have dropped massively over the years. Salad bowl and dessert parlour also well below the standards I expect when visiting Pizza Hut especially with how expensive the place has become.

Had a really good service and food. The staff were very nice and helpful. There could be more in the salad bar and the sauces could be labelled.

The restaurant offers a selection between a set menu comprising starters, sides, and mains, as well as an all-you-can-eat buffet. The buffet includes a diverse salad bar, multiple pizza options, unlimited soft drinks, and a make-your-own ice cream station with various toppings and sauces. While the unlimited buffet is a bit on the pricey side at £20 per adult and £10 per child, the venue is nicely decorated.

A big group of us went to this restaurant after a football game. There were a few mix-ups and delays with our order, despite the fact that we had pre-ordered. However, the staff on-site were fantastic and very helpful, and they made things right! We will definitely be returning.
