Huhot Mongolian Grill - Bismarck

Food was good, but the place was very messy. When we got shown to our table there was silverware underneath it and every chair I pulled out had food on the seat. It looked like someone just wiped down the table, and all the food landed on the chairs. All 4 of the chairs at our table were like this. So, I ended up just brushing one off with a napkin and sat down. Like I said the food was great! But the place could be a little cleaner.

Staff seems less than thrilled to have customers. Place is always sticky. I've been to quite a few HuHots and this one is the worst service and also the only one that cuts 2 eggrolls in half and sells as 4 eggrolls for $6.29...awful pricey for 2 eggrolls.

Went there tonight. Don’t get me wrong our food was decent. Why am I giving it one star? The service. I ordered a kids meal for my child. We went through the grill line twice with no site of her food or even anyone coming to our table. We heard our server begging for someone to take his shift the rest of the night as well. He then brings our bill that isn’t itemized with a total I knew could not be accurate. Asked for the itemized bill. Low and behold we were charged for the kids meal we never received as well as an appetizer we never ordered. Brought this to attention to the manager. No apology or anything. They did take what we didn’t order off but I just have to say I’m not impressed.

I went here for the first time on a Sunday. The food bar had spills all over it. There was food on the floor everywhere. The counter, at the grill, where you set your bowl to be picked up for the grill, looked like it had not been wiped off all day. There was no social distancing by the other guests, nor any guidance by any of the staff to encourage it. On top of it all, the food was not that great.

If there was a 0 star selection I would've picked it because this restaurant doesn't deserve even 1 star. I came to eat here with my family and it was utterly awful. The music is so loud and the service is sublime at best. My family could barely eat a half of their plate, the stir-fry was cold by the time we sat down and it had no taste and was so dry! We won't eat here ever again, cuz all of my family got diarrhea as soon as we got back home. I would HIGHLY recommend eating at Shogun so you could get your moneys worth, $60 for the 3 of us is very ridiculous, and we couldn't even finish 1 plate.
