Pizza Hut Restaurants Birmingham New St

This has got to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever visited and dined in at. When we arrived we walked down the stairs to be left standing for 5 minutes at the entry for someone to approach us who looked miserable and ushered us to a table. This should have been the red flag to leave but we were keen to have a Pizza Hut since it's been awhile. As regular delivery customers we wanted to try the sit in, I wish we hadn't. The server wasn't very friendly and there was not enough staff in the restaurant to attend to all the customers at the time we visited. We ordered over £70 worth of food which was fine when it arrived. We had to ask for the drinks glasses after the mains arrived before the glasses. When we reached dessert and having dirty plates on our table for 20+ mins we asked two separate servers if we could please have the ordered desserts (We ordered via the QR code as requested). A further 30 minutes passed and nothing arrived after asking once more. We walked out which nobody noticed and didn't receive the desserts ordered. A dire experience with staff who didn't care less in a restaurant that felt like a graveyard.

I arrived at 7:30 PM on August 31st and was promptly greeted at the door. I was seated right away and instructed on how to order through the website. The staff checked on me regularly, and my food arrived promptly. I was even given a box to take my leftovers home. The restaurant had a staff of two young guys who were amazing!

Our experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing and we do not plan on returning. The majority of the staff seemed disinterested and the food was not replenished regularly. There were no signs indicating what each dish was, making it difficult to know what we were eating. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also lacking and our order was incorrect. The fact that Pizza Hut is now requiring customers to order online and pay by card may ultimately drive away what little customer base they have left. This decision seems shortsighted and is solely focused on saving costs.

Visited at 4 pm for late lunch. Staff very friendly one lad was new and we ordered some drinks they didn’t have but very apologetic about it. Made amends. Very busy when we left so must be popular! Used meerkat meals so was a bargain.

Really bad service. After 30 minutes we received raw pizza nobody took it off from the table.Nobody cares about the costumer, everyone is ignoring you. No standards at all!!
