Harvester The Beacon - Birmingham

We probably visit here 4-6 times a year, but the last visits have not found our expectation. A family of 4 consisted of 1 star, 1 J20 and 2 bottles of coke. 3 main dishes and 1 children's meal. Also 1 pudding and 3 coffee/hot chocolate. Bill £70ish. I think that's a bit too expensive, but that's my opinion based on visits in other places. The waitress was the slowest I've ever seen, the food quality was bad, the overall decoration is not that old, but already seems worn and dated. I could go on, but that would not be fair because my opinion is now based on our last visits and I think this place is going downhill. Such a shame, but we probably won't visit again.

All staff were helpful as my wife disabled is a name coming to think is Richard who sorted the table for easy access for my wife I will certainly book again

I would like to thank the mandatory administrator and Zoe for showing kindness to my wife and me when we visited, as I was very annoyed because of a relative cancer death, that they are credited to your company and that there should be appreciated extreme consideration.

We typically visit this restaurant 4-6 times a year, but our recent experiences have not met our expectations. During our most recent visit, our family of 4 ordered 1 steak, 1 J20, and 2 bottles of coke, as well as 3 main meals, 1 children's meal, 1 dessert, and 3 coffees/hot chocolates. The total bill came to approximately £70, which I personally feel is overpriced compared to other places we have dined at. Our waitress was incredibly slow, the food quality was disappointing, and the decor, while not very old, appeared worn and dated. Based on our recent visits, I believe this restaurant is on a downward trend, which is unfortunate as we have enjoyed dining here in the past. Unfortunately, we will likely not be returning in the future.
