The service was excellent, and our waiter was incredibly helpful, even assisting us in getting the voucher accepted. The food was enjoyable, featuring a variety of vegetarian dishes. We did encounter some issues with online booking, but I was fortunate to confirm availability on the day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

There was no kitchen staff, which meant that it took 40 minutes for our dessert to arrive, and I had to keep getting up to look for a waiter. I understand that this might have been an unusual situation, but it was still disappointing.
This was our first and last visit to F B. My wife and I ordered steak, which I felt should have been served with a chainsaw given how tough it was. Our two daughters ordered meatballs but received spaghetti bolognese instead. To their credit, they said not to worry and went with it. The waitress was polite and apologized for the steaks, and I can't fault her for that. However, I've had many steaks, and this one was incredibly chewy. We opted to skip dessert as we didn't want to waste any more money. The only redeeming feature of the meal was the Stella, which was chilled to perfection. We came to Birmingham to visit Cadbury's World from North Wales as a birthday treat and hoped to finish the day at your restaurant.
