Mcdonald's - Birmingham

I said I wouldn't go back to McDonald's because I went last time, my burger was red on the inside, but I agreed to go only for my children and as usual I go through the drive thru and the girl who went through my order rushed through and didn't let me out all my 2 commands. Then I get into the window to pay and the girl asked what I ordered, and I told her I had 2 orders and what the first order was and she took my money and then didn't give me the full amount of change. When I tried to tell her she told me through the window to go to the next window. She finally opened the window and I told her she didn't give me the right change and I had to pay for the next order. She was of course rude. Then when I get into the next window to get my food, the guy starts to give me drinks and I can't say what they are because they all looked like tea first. I asked him where these drinks are and he said they were all coke. I told him I ordered a big sweet tea and he said they accused you for a medium. I started looking at my receipt and he asked what it said at the receipt. It said a medium that's good. I said okay when all this is coke, I need the sweet tea. Then he tells me that was in my hand. I said, okay. Since I put things in the car, the manager comes to the window and asks what's going on. He tells her about the big drink and everything and when I start driving out the window, she says no, we don't have big cups POINT-BLANK. I'm just tired of rude people there. I have worked with customers for 22 years and there is a much more beautiful way to talk to your customers and none of the McDonald's has what it takes to be nice to their customers. I'm not coming back to ANY McDonalds EVER AGAIN. Oh yes and if you ask what kind of sauce I want for my nuggets and I say I want a BBQ for 1 and a honey mustard for the other what I expect. But no, I don't get a honey must. Why ask what I want if you give me what you want, what I have. I repeat, I will not return to McDonald's ever again

Went for hot fudge sundae, was told ice machine below, again! That's the third time!

The biggest problem with the majority of McDonald's in Jefferson County is that after a certain time of the day they all decide to say that the ice machine is down and they have not caught me personally I was a manager at a McDonald's before and I know that the McCafe products and ice cream some of the things that generate the most appreciated money you are very popular

Was not organized, nor did they listen clearly. The lady added things I never asked, and in the middle someone grabbed and greeted me and asked about my order when I was in the middle of the order. I had to go into the window and let her repeat my order just so she's still wrong.

Good food and the coffee is always hot and fresh every time I order. My main reason for going is the hot and fresh coffee. The coffee is always on point!!!!
