Coffee is always on point. Spot can get extremely busy and overwhelm staff at times, yet this always remain polite and courteous. Pumpkin cream cold brew I like mine with cream and sugar) is super delicious.

Do not order take out through the app. It’s slow AF. It took a half hour this get a coffee with cream and sugar. They have no ability to triage. They forget about the people waiting for take out and focus on drive through and walk-ins. I watched 3 full circulations of the drive through before I got my coffee. I asked the girl when I would Get my coffee and she said “everyone’s been waiting 20 minutes,” which was not true. It was so condescending and rude! Anyway I was late to work.Ultimately this reflects on the management. Likely very poor managers at this place. They need to get it together and at least teach their staff to say “hey everyone sorry everything’s behind, we’re getting to it” or SOMETHING instead of mindlessly looking at us waiting for a half hour.
