The Mayo Sauce - Big Spring

Great food. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and Pommes and my wife ordered the buffet. The burger was good, but my wife's buffet was great. I recommend the mac chesse. The buffet has a schedule, today was Mexican. If you like homemade American cuisine, this is a great little jewel. The prices were good.

We went through and stopped at the Mayo Sauce. So sunk good!!! They had a buffet with chopped beef, gravy, potatoes and some incredible Mexican dishes and soup. Extremely sweet people

This place was great. Good service and the menu is cool and filled with interesting articles. Many regular there and we knew we were there for something good when people told us how good it was. I had the bacon cheeseburger with grilled cheese and it was great. The flat frits are also good! You have also been this cool thing that you can pay it to help others get a meal when in need. Really nice gesture.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The seafood gumbo was homemade, amazing with a small kick at the end. The fish was also super delicious! What is even bigger than the buffet is the owner heart with the Pay it Forward program. Essentially, you can pay in advance for someone's meal to help a homeless or someone on their luck. We'll be here every time we get through!

Great little family friendly restaurant with amazing food. Will definitely be returning here often. It feels like going to a family members house, I had cheese enchiladas. The burgers and desserts looked really good too.
