Jimmy John's - Big Rapids

I don't know if it's a not wanting to be like subway thing , or they are just set about there ways or they are just trying to maximize profits but their selection is small especially the cheeze all they had was provolone and I think american cheeze ... like come on where is the mozzarella and munster and another thing why is there not an option to toast your sub I mean I would have paid just to have my sub toasted for christ sake and then a 8 inch sub was 13 bucks come on get with the program Jimmy, give us some options for that price!!!!

This place doesn 't follow proper food service rules. I ordered online and got there a bit early. There was two guys making the order. I watched as one of the guys almost put onions on the order and looked at the other guy and said I think I put onions on that one. The other guy looked and said yes. My order for both sandwiches was without onion. I watched them pull the onions off the sandwich and re wrap it.They had no idea if I was allergic to onions or not. They should have remade the whole sandwich and did not. I mentioned to the lady that brought me my order and she said sorry. I told her they should not be doing that because they are going to possibly kill someone some day. What if my order of no onions was because of an allergy?I called cooperate to complain and never even heard from the manager or anything. This place doesn 't care about proper food procedures when they make a mistake. Be careful as you might be allergic to something and it still touches your sandwich. Will not be back to this place after what I witnessed.

Every time i go in here they mess up my order. I tell them specifically what i want on my sub. I dont pick one of the combos so there should be no confusion but somehow i still end up with a mountain of lettuce on my sandwich. It really cant be that hard to make a sandwich and read what goes on it. But instead they are just chatting up a storm instead of doing their jobs right.

I got the tuna sub and it was delicious! That freaky fast service is true. I'd placed my order and had gone to sit down and scratch off my lottery ticket. Before I'd settled in and got the card out, my order was done. Congratulations Jimmy John in Big Rapids, MI.

Food came out fast but my veggie sandwich was missing the avocado spread (the best part).
